Project Strategic Litigation in local communities has been realizing on teritory of Pozega, Kraljevo, and Leskovac municipalities as well as on teritory of town Novi Sad. The project has been realized by CA Sretenje, Civic Council Municipality of Kraljevo Center of Education Leskovac and Forum iuris Novi Sad.

Project Strategic Litigation in local communities has been realizing on teritory of Pozega, Kraljevo, and Leskovac municipalities as well as on teritory of town Novi Sad. Goal:
Increasing capacities of civic society organizations in municipalities of Pozega, Kraljevo, Novi Sad and Leskovac with aim to establish partnership with government and networks on local, regional and national level through strategic litigation of citizens/aim groups.
Activities:
1. Preparation of PR material and leaflet making
2. Lectures in all 4 towns
3. Focus groups in all 4 towns
4. Round tables in all 4 towns
5. Observation of the process of strategic representation in local communities - Meetings of legal team, local coordinators and program coordinator
6. Media conferences in all 4 towns
7. Group meetings of representatives of the chosen local communities and
NGO representatives
8. Seminars on theme: “Strategic representation in local community“ in all 4 towns
9. Observation of the process of strategic representation in local communities – Meetings of legal team, local coordinators and program coordinator
10. Research of existing legal mechanisms in local community in all 4 towns
11. Four lectures with state authorities participation: Lectures theme: Right to immediate citizen participation in realization of local autonomy in 4 towns

Expected results:
1. Chosen local communities will be able to recognize problems/cases which can be strategically represented;
2. Non-governmental organizations have knowledge about strategic representing which they can use to make changes in local communities;
3. Civic society organizations will be able to understand mutual needing and to participate in mutual planning in solving recognized problems and to use resources regularly;
4. Civic society organizations have recognized the needing for networking and mutual influence of all the participants on regional level and state authorities in order to improve the quality of life in local communities
