Postcard from the European Union

On May 9, 2008 CA Sretenje as a final activity within the project Serbia in the European Union, what is your benefit and what is the benefit of Pozega“ celebrated Europe Day by street performance under a title: Postcard from the European Union.
Citizens wrote which European city they would like to visit and why and put their wishes on boards where the postcards from the European Union were hung. Citizens of Pozega were very interested in the performance, especially youngsters. The most of citizens would like to visit Paris.
 
From spring straight path to the European Union-Village in EU

CA Sretenje held the sixth panel discussion within the project “ Serbia in the European Union, what is your benefit and what is the benefit of Pozega, Lucani and Arilje...“.under the title: From spring straight path to the European Union-Village in EU. The panel disscusion was held in Arilje.
Speakers were: Samir Curic-Coordinator of the Regional Center for rural development in Novi Pazar, Sasa Marusic-Professional Associate for Development of Agro-Bussiness in Serbia, IRD and Ivan Bojanic, agriculturist from Kraljevo, and moderator was Radomir Milovanovic, MSP Office in Kraljevo.

 
Hallo, Pozega, here is Brussels-European Union

CA Sretenje held a panel discussion on April, 28 2008 in café Alibi under the title: Hallo, Pozega, here’s Brussels-European Union on a topic of youngsters and youth programs. This was the fifth discussion organized within the project: “ Serbia in the European Union, what is your benefit and what is the benefit of Pozega, Lucani and Arilje...“.Speakers were: Dusica Trnavac-Young researchers of Serbia, Vladimir Kozbasic- Youth Development Fund and Dejan Petrovic- a film director from Pozega. Moderator was Milos Stopic, Belgrade Center for Human Rights.
After the discussion it was held a concert of a local band called the Mothership Orchestra.

On April 17, 2008 CA Sretenje Pozega held the fourth  panel discussion within implementation of the project “ Serbia in the European Union, what is your benefit and what is the benefit of Pozega, Lucani and Arilje...“. The panel discussion was held in village Kalenic in the Municipality of Pozega under the title: “Today think about you and yours because of better tomorrow” on an agricultural topic.
Speakers on a panel discussion were: Dr Goran Delibasic, the Faculty of Agriculture, Sasa Marusic, professional advisor for agro-bussiness development and Nada Bolovic, CA Agroprezent Pozega.
Present citizens were introduced with goals and policy of the European Union in agriculture area, available and potential funding sources for agricultural programs and current subventions of agricultural activities.

On April 10, 2008 CA Sretenje Pozega held the third panel discussion within implementation of the project “ Serbia in the European Union, what is your benefit and what is the benefit of Pozega, Lucani and Arilje...“. The panel discussion was held in Arilje under the title : Knowledge is needed-quality and availability of education.
Speakers on a panel discussion were: Danijela Scepanovic, education policy analyst, Darinka Radivojevic, independent expert in education, and moderator was Natasa Curcic-MSP, Office in Kraljevo. Present citizens were introduced with goals and policy of the European Union in education area, available and potential funding sources for educative programs and necessity of inclusion of marginalized groups into education process.
